Keiki Gourmet School Lunch Catering

Keiki Gourmet’s rotating menus are created in strict accordance with the CACFP Meal Pattern Requirements.  Our menus meet or exceed the nutrition standards required and include culturally appropriate dishes for the children of Hawaii. Our menus are created to include a variety of foods, shapes & sizes which broaden a child’s food experiences.  Furthermore, whenever possible Keiki Gourmet applies “Key Recommendations” and “Best Practices” from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and the National Academy of Medicine to further improve the nutritional quality of our meals and increase the consumption of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains and reduce the consumption of added sugars and saturated fats.
